Training Schedule - Foliage Fighting This discipline is intended to build up your resistance to nettle stings, thistle scratches and bramble barbs, essential for effectively fighting your way through the woodland section of Tough Guy.
Basic Foliage Fighting - Belly Crawl In just shorts and t-shirts find a thicket or copse at least 30 yards long. The object is to traverse it by crawling the most direct route regardless of the undergrowth, keeping you belly in contact with the ground at all times. Time yourself, try and complete it quicker each visit Get sponsored for distance crawled. Advanced Foliage Fighting - The Nettle Dive Find a real good bed of nettles or thistles, strip to your running clothes or underwear, psyche up your mind strength by concentration of repeating your 'mantra'.
